Meet Miguel Castillo

Miguel has 4 years of experience in customer service and technical support, and a BA in psychology. He really enjoys helping others and making their lives easier. His passion for technology and psychology has led me to UX research, a field that I look forward transitioning into.

Miguel started his apprenticeship with DIA in September 2021. He will be working on IAC and World IA Day projects including:
