Hi! Clients call me "Mary Poppins" because I fly in, fix everything I can, and fly away to my next role. I'm on fire about quality work; there isn't only one right way, but there are many ways to do something badly, or leading to poor outcomes. My specialties are CX and UX strategy, research (especially qual observational and interview), information architecture, interaction design (I'm a super Axure fan and authorized trainer), testing, and monitoring the outcomes. I'm also focused on accessibility, ethics, and DEI. I'm not a strong visual designer.
When not doing CX or UX work, I'm typically singing operatic Dutch metal or talking to my dogs.
