I am Anna, a lead product designer and mentor with over 15 years of experience, I'm currently working with jiffyshirts.com and Toptal. My approach to product design combines empathy and strategic thinking, skills I developed through my academic background in social work and business administration. Over the last 8 years, I've focused on helping startups develop and implement innovative design strategies that drive growth and success. I'm deeply committed to the design community, both locally and globally. I'm mentoring designers worldwide, organizing live workshops and webinars. I organized & executed a year-long Product Design Level-up Program, bringing industry experts and real-life projects to aspiring designers. I've been named among the top 100 mentors by ADPList in 2022. I'm passionate about traveling & hiking. I'm the mom of 3 girls.
